Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Managed sales and marketing strategies through telemarketing, scheduling meetings, arranging demos, and posting advertisements.
  • Oversaw the implementation and support of Attendance Management, Security Door Access, CCTV cameras, and ID printers.
  • Conducted site surveys, supervised installations, and ensured proper functioning of devices.
  • Trained staff members on system operation and provided technical support.
  • Handled projects such as CCTV implementation at Fluor Middle East, including solar-powered setups and staff training.
  • Managed Hand-Held Attendance Systems, ensuring accurate reports and addressing repairs.
  • Implemented Door Access systems, conducted site surveys, and provided technical support.
  • Managed ID Printer systems, including configuration, installation, staff training, and repairs.

PROJECT SITE

FLUOR Middle East - Ras Laffan Industrial

In the project site I managed, I implemented the following systems:

CCTV Implementation:

  • Site Coordination, Project handling, proposal & implementation of Projects in Fluor Middle East.
  • Managed the CCTV installation powered by Solar Panels.
  • Designed the proper position of the stand pole to make it Mobile CCTV powered by a Solar Panel.
  • Repaired CCTV powered by a solar panel on site.
  • Change Parts and components that broke down and replace new parts.
  • Trained the staff who are assigned to operate the CCTV machines.

 

Attendance Management Implementation:

  • Managed Hand-Held Attendance System for monitoring all the Employees coming IN and OUT of the respective areas.
  • Trained staff who are assigned to operate the Handheld Attendance Machine.
  • Assured that all Handheld Attendance Machines are in good working condition.
  • Assured that the reports were accurately generated.
  • Repairing Handheld Attendance Machine when broke down. Door Access Implementation
  • Site Survey for Commissioning/Installation
  • Managed Access control System
  • Installed and set up the proper configuration to work flawlessly over the network.
  • Trained staff who are assigned to operate the Door Access System
  • Repairing Door Access when broke down
  • Technical Support whenever the client needed it.

 

ID Printer Implementation:

  • Managed the ID Printer System to be used as a proximity card.
  • Configuration/Installation and setup including designs of company ID.
  • Trained Staff who are assigned to operate ID printers.
  • Assured that all the ID Printers were in good working condition.
  •  Repaired ID printer.
  • Technical Support whenever the client needed it.
