Roles and Responsibilities:
- As part of my role at Haer Riyadh, I diligently maintain building security and safety through constant observation and inspection, ensuring the proper functioning of Access Control equipment, and collaborating with operation teams to swiftly resolve client-reported tickets and issues, all while proactively monitoring the system to identify potential issues and proposing effective solutions to enhance overall security measures.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Project Team Leader – Supervise and lead the maintenance team for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) related to Access Control, Building Management System (BMS), and Fire Alarm System (FAS).
- Prepare comprehensive reports for each work order, ensuring the successful completion of maintenance tasks.
- Engage with clients from time to time and respond to their requests or complaints, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure the effective execution of maintenance activities across 37 stations.
- Schedule and forecast work assignments, optimizing resource allocation.
- Manage and supervise six (6) ENOVA project sites for PPM and CM, ensuring the team’s efficient and timely delivery of services.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports for Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV), Access Control Systems (ACS), BMS, and gate barriers, providing insights into system performance.
- Arrange schedules and deploy teams as needed to meet project requirements.
- Actively participate in site surveys to gather essential data for project planning and execution.
